    Hey Guys

    Had the same issues as above as of last night so I looked up the standard xbox support response and was advised to uninstall the game and reinstall, now when I try to load the game up I get a messagee telling me to log in with the user that bought the game
    to complete installation which I have made sure that I have xbox support chat seems to be conveniently unavailable also, still getting this issue as of 14/05.

    Hacked off is an understatement

    So this is what happens to digital copies of games. Huh. Yeah, having exactly the same issue, and posting here as the fellow above seems to be posting on the same date. My game crashed while I was playing it last night, and when I tried to start it up
    this morning, it acts like I don't own it. Also, Xbox Live support is not available. I guess I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. It's only 30 GB. What's that, a five second download? This is how it works - you punish the people who pay for their
    games.

    This discourages me from buying games digitally. I used to hate the idea, but I came around to it. Maybe hard copies are better. Either way this is BS.

    Still broken. Does anyone even care that this is happening? Haven't seen any response from anyone in the know acknowledging that this is going on. and not the first time either. A little reassurance from Xbox support or Ubi would go a long way or do we have
    to start demanding our money back?

    This is insane, I finally get a day off of work and some time to game and I have to deal with this? I should have just purchased the hard copy /sigh. If the gaming industry really wants to make that push for digital media this kind of stuff really needs
    to stop happening, you guys really take your customers for granted.

    Better be fixed before Monday. I would return a game that I physically had if it just stopped working but with a digital download what recourse do we have? Sounds like MS/Ubi should be coughing up some returns if it's not fixed today.

    Same issue here. Message asking if I own this game or app. Purchased Far Cry 4 Gold Edition when it was on sale. The link in the store states the game is unavailable.
