Xbox One Digital Downloads.. Too Expensive

I love the fact that I could download a game directly on my new console... But why so expensive? it should be loads cheaper!! Not only is it so expensive i cant even trade it in to help pay for another expensive game title..... So unless it gets a whole
lot cheaper you can forget my good hard earned cash for now.. So much for encouraging digital downloads. Thats my rant of the week who else agrees?

Digital pre-order

Hello, I'm considering buying Xbox One basically because of DAI, but I can't buy the physical copy (too expensive in my country), so my question is: Is there a digital pre-order option for Xbox One? Or at least a option to buy it after it launches via Xbox
Live?

@Spuds I'm in the same situation in Ireland too, fairly same level of VAT and digital games are more expensive than physical games. There's digital games on the XBL market that are a year or two old that are more expensive than brand new releases.

I can give you another reason to stay away from digital downloads.

Price.... it's always at least 20% more expensive to buy digitally over retail when it should be cheaper.

Example: The new Call of Duty standard edition was available digitally on day one costing £49.99. 99% of Retail outfits had it available for £39.99. Digitally is 25% more expensive!!
