Xbox One Died

The reason I am posting this today is because my day one Xbox one is dead. It has given me the fatal error and won't even turn on, but I am not asking for technical support or arrange for it to be sent in. Instead I wanted to thank you, this Xbox
had a lot of sentimental value to me. I paid for it with my last paycheck before going off to basic training, my mom picked up for me while in training. I didn't get a chance to play it until I was on leave at home after my technical training, 6 months after
it released. I didn't even have in my possession until four months at my current duty station and a month before I got married. When I got married I own; a small tv, a big suitcase which I used as a sofa, an air mattress, and a Xbox one. The Xbox one kept
my wife sane while I worked a mid shift schedule for the first 6 months of our marriage. The Xbox one was there for me after a long day of work, it was there for my wife when I deployed for four months, it was there for my wife again when I had to go back
to work after having my first kid, the Xbox one was there for my wife and kid for my second deployment, and continuing being there for my wife while I was at work when after I had my second kid. Since I've had my Xbox, my family has grown into a beautiful
wife, two dogs, and two adorable children. But really the Xbox one was actually the first addition to our new family. I'm really sad my Xbox one died, her name was Jade which I named randomly for no particular reason but she had been with me since basically
the start of my brand life and almost my entire military career. She was on as soon as I woke up and stayed on until I went to bed every day since the I got her in hand in June 2014. The reason why I mention all of this to share with you the importance this
Xbox had in my life, and to thank you for creating not just a gaming console but a family unit. I will hold onto this Xbox, I will not trade it in but I do plan on getting the new Xbox One X as soon as I have the funds, to prepare for the new Ark Survival
Evolved DLC and Fallout 76. Thank you again.
