    Hello! I want to use Xbox One Dev Mode on my Xbox One S but programming and Game Dev is just a hobby to me. Can I use Dev Mode and create my own projects without publishing them, keeping them only to my Xbox? Also, can I find the documentation anywhere?

    I guess some games doesn't need online modes , some games doesn't need solo modes and some needs both.Sometimes devs/publishers made the wrong choice.

    you would have to ask the publisher to put it on the Xbox, I should've warn you that using Xbox dev mode for any other purpose then developing your own personal games can lead to account and hardware bans
