Xbox One dev mode activation and Windows store 0x80070003 error

Hello fellow Xbox game developers,

I have two questions:

1 - There is a limit how many times console can be activated into Dev Mode and with every activation one must copy specific code. Is this code console specific, and I can indefinitely activate and deactivate it on the same physical Xbox. Or is the code assigned
to particular activation action, and after 3-4 activations of the same console the limit will deplete.

2 - I am asking this because the XBox store / Windows Store does not work neither in Dev Mode nor normal mode once I got it activated. I get perpetual error 0x80070003 and restarting doesn't help. Is there any way to solve it?

the 0x80070003 error not related with dev mode activation, it's cahce access error, try to power cycle

I have small update. As I was reluctant to reset console and I just waited and posted question here. However to my surprise yesterday windows store started working just fine. I didn't do anything fancy just switched couple of times between normal and dev
mode while testing my game. Also I didn't notice any particular update.

In case anyone has similar issue try using workaround with selecting and installing gamest through Windows Store on PC. It seemed to work just fine, new stuff showed up on my Xbox alongside 0x8007003 error.

I have had this exact same problem since I bought my Xbox One X. I.e. whenever I enable dev mode, the Windows Store no longer works with error 0x80070003. The only way to make the store work again is to do a reset (I can thankfully keep the apps and games)
but this does mean having to recreate all 8 users that I use on the Xbox, which is so inconvenient that I've abstained from using Dev Mode at all right now, which is a shame as this was one of the main reasons I bought the Xbox.

I reported this issue to Microsoft over a month ago, and since then there have been two software updates, neither of which have fixed it.

Error 0x80070003 is a type of Windows file backup and restore error code. This erroroccurs when you try to create backup and restore files by using Windows Backup and Restore
feature. Luckily, there are manual easy do-it-yourself methods that you can try at home without spending money to hire a computer
