Xbox One detecting folders but not files on Windows 10

I recently purchased a new computer with Windows 10 and I have not been able to successfully access my media files from my new computer. Sharing is enabled for the Xbox. I can stream the files to my old computer over the network. But on the Xbox, within
the Media Player, all of the folders are there and visible for Video, Music, Pictures. But no files are found/displayed within the folders. Files from other computers on my network are visible and can be played using the Xbox Media Player.

In response to Tormaz's question, yes, other computers can see and play the files.

In response to to XBF Esteban's question, powercycling does not resolve the problem.

I'm convinced that it's some changed/obscure setting within Windows 10. The only strange thing I've done is to move the location of my media folders from my C: drive to my D: drive. But again, the Xbox can see the folders just fine but not the files.

Thanks for reaching out to us! So the Xbox One cannot locate files in the folders after using a new computer? It sounds like it might be a setting on the computer that needs to be adjusted. Has it worked before using the new computer?

Try this method first: Run the
System
File Checker tool(SFC.exe).

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system
files and restore corrupted files. It will scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files in Windows.

This has never worked on my new computer. It works for other Windows 10 computers on the same network, but not this new computer. I ran the System File Checker tool. It found one corrupted file that it fixed:

Repairing corrupted file \??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessibility\\Speech Recognition.lnk from store

This did not resolve my problem though. I was able to solve my problem my using a separate uPnP compatible application (MediaMonkey). But streaming from a Windows application to a Windows application, still doesn't work.
