Ok everytime i move my left thumbstick up, it does not correspond, is there a way to fix this or to i have to buy a new controller

Does the controller from the design lab come with bluetooth like the xbox one s and elite controllers or are they like the original xbox controller?

Same, but as I'm in the UK all the support channels have sent me in the same loop last 2 hours.

US support seems solid though, very helpful, they replace them for you!

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
