Xbox One Design Lab Controller Warranty

I am trying to deal with some warranty issues with my design lab controller. I am wondering what the warranty period is for Xbox One Design lab controller is? I purchased two of them in spring of 2020, but one of them has developed some buttons have stopped
working and the left stick has developed stick drift. I believe the controller is out of warranty, but am not sure if the period is 90 like a regular controller or one year like the elite ones?

The Credit card I purchased the controller with extends manufacture's warranty and may be able to cover the repair/replacement.

I would need several things that I can't seem to easily find online:

Manufacturer's original Canadian warranty

Repair bill or estimate from the manufacturer's authorized repair facility

If anyone could provide any insight or links it would be greatly appreciated.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
