xbox one deleting games

everytime i have to update a game it either after it takes hours to finish it will say i still need an update or it will just delete the whole game it has deleted three games already.

Can i remove xbox one games that have 0 gamerscore from my profile?

Hi Radandthrax,

Sorry you're having issues with your games. If the games appear to be deleted, or it's taking hours to finish, it's usually caused by your network connection. Either the internet connection to your home, or if you're using wireless, the connection to your
Xbox. If you're using wireless, I would first try to plug in a cable if at all possible. That would immediately tell you if you need to troubleshoot wireless, or your internet connection from your ISP. Also I would suggest running Detailed Network Statistics.
Follow the steps below to do that.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings..

Select Detailed network statistics on the right.

You may see something that instantly stands out like up / download speed. If you don't see anything that stands out post the info back here.

Highlight the game in your games and apps, press the menu button on your controller and choose "Manage Game". You can uninstall it from there.
