    Xbox one deleted two games


    My Xbox one just deleted two different games (Assassins Creed: Origins and Minecraft) from my external hard drive. It showed that my external hard drive wasn’t plugged in so I tried unplugging it and putting it back and the games still weren’t there.
    I already redownloaded Minecraft (only took about an hour), but Assassins Creed: Origins has only redownloaded 17 MB (not even 1%) I’m close to 30 minutes. Is this just a problem I’m having or are other people noticing this too? And if so, has anyone found
    a quick fix outside of redownloading the games from scratch? Hopefully it saved my game progress because I was pretty far along. Thanks for any help!

    I bought Rainbow Six Siege a few weeks ago, just last week I received two codes from Microsoft about two codes to redeem for Rainbow Six Siege Vegas and Rainbow Six Siege Vegas 2. I didn't really want to install them right at that moment so I left them there.
    Today I got on to my 360 and was playing some Black Ops 2 and got a message from a friend them I saw how many messages there were. I didn't remember any of them being important so I just went ahead a deleted all of them. Later that day (today) I hopped back
    on to my xbox one, while waiting for a game to load I went and looked at my messages. There wernt to many there then I realised I had deleted my two codes to redeem. Is there any way I can get those back? Or are they gone forever?

    Hi!

    It is strange that the games have been erased by themselves. Try changing the USB port on your console for connecting the external HDD. Quiet, your progress is saved on Cloud and will be synchronized.

    there are two ways to restore the xbox, one where you delete all games and the other keeps them.

    No space on hard drive

    There are pretty much two options, either deleting game(s) and/or apps to make enough space, or get yourself an external Hard Drive that will work with the Xbox One.
