Boa Noite, tenho um Xbox one com 1tb Número de série: [Mod removed - personal information] onde não liga mais simplesmente parou de funcionar, hoje entrei no saite da Microsoft para enviar o
mesmo a Assistência microsoft onde iria pagar o valor pois já está fora da garantia mais não consegui efetuar o pedido, entrei em contato pelo chat onde a atendente falou que não aceitam mais este modelo de console, fiquei muito chateado pois aqui em minha
região não existe assitencias qualificadas para este tipo de serviço, gostaria solicitar a ouvidoria ou setor de qualidade para que aceitem o meu console pois estou desamparado, Acredito que uma empresa como a Microsoft onde se preocupa com a satisfação de
um cliente não vai deixar um cliente desamparado numa situação desta, com isso fico no aguardo que seja Deferido meu pedido pois Confio e acredito muito na Empresa Microsoft, muito grato.

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with the Xbox One console. I did double check with our hardware support and unfortunately
the since we no longer manufacture the Xbox one console certain regions and locations no longer support the service repair orders for the Xbox One.

We do apologize for the inconvenience in regards to this.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to process any service orders for the console if the region you're currently in doesn't support the Xbox one repair orders. If anything you can contact live support once again to double check
if they have any other options available for you. Other then that we wouldn't be able to do anything else and the best thing to do is see if you could possibly exchange the console with like retail stores.
(For example over here Gamestop offers certain exchanges ,)
