Xbox One defective cant get a replacement

I Bought an X1 about 1.5 weeks ago and recieved it 3 days ago now and it wont read disks , since i bought it and recieved it from MS store i contacted the xbox department and they want me to put $500 down which i dont have to ship this defective console
out and my main account got banned for asking for help on this issue on here !!!

i have opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to get a hold of MS execs on this issue through mediation (BBB) if this isnt resolved i will report this to the Federal Trade Commision seeing how this is would then be classified a Consumer
fraud and i may be left to take Legal action against MS !!!!

From the sound of it, you should get a replacement as soon as possible. The Xbox you have is probably defective.

 

Xbox Elite Controller Replacment

I was offered a one time replacement for my elite controller which was having major drift problems on the right thumbstick, shipped my controller in and received a defective one, it has worst problems than my original one and now xbox support refuses to
replacement it and pretty much said tough luck.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this resolved? I just want a working controller!

 

They only ask to take another 500$ parked on your credit card if your ask for advanced service which means that you get another console before sending yours back. So if you go for normal replacement you will not have to reserve that money.
