Xbox one defective- advanced exchange

To date I have got 2 faulty xbox one's with the advanced exchange program.. Is the consolles in the program new or are they refurbished? They sad that they are brand new.. I don't know if that's true

My first one suffered of random controller disconnecting.. My second had a static noise from the fan, I returned that and kept playing on my first xbox. So when the replacement was delivered back to MS, I proseded a new advanced exchange order.. When I finally
got that one on 1.april, I turned it on and tought to my self: "what if this one is defective to.. I noticed the fan maked a louder noise than usually, thought maybe it would go away after some gaming... After playing it for a while It didn't go away..
The next day, loud as the day before. I packed up my old one (that was ready for shipment and downloaded a sound level meter: my old one did 45-50db, and my new one (2. advanced.. order) do 60-65db

I'm going to take the new xbox for the extended warranty since Im going away for "basic" military training Initial service (initial military service obligation) for 12 months.. The new one is also "cured" of random disconnecting when I get home
I'll make a new order..



So have anyone had this trouble before? How quiet is your's xbox one? Is the xbox one in the advanced exchange program brand new or are they refurbished(thinking smiley)?

Advanced exchange problems

I did an advanced exchange just under 2 weeks ago and the unit I got was defective and now they want to charge me 15 or so dollars to do the advanced exchange! This is wrong on so many levels! It had a bad disk drive like the one I sent back. And none of
my console and Kinect don't show on my account! I am not happy about this at all! Need some one to take care of my problem!

In the above message the last line should say Microsoft is really messing up. Don't know how that got changed. Sorry for that.

 

Does anyone know if you need to send back the controller that came with the defective console because the confirmation email I received said not to include any accessories with it.

You'll want to make your own thread for support as this one is several months old at this point. However when sending in an Xbox console for repairs, the controller would be considered an accessory so I would not include that.
