Xbox One - Deal with Gold Issue

I have been referred to this forum page by Yush @ Xbox chat support.

I tried to purchase NHL16 at the discounted rate on deals with Gold but unfortunately some issues kept occurring on my console, it wouldn't allow me to advance, kept going black and I needed to switch it off and back on again. This error continued but never
resolved so I tried again the next day but the deal is no longer available.

Due to the error being out of my control can anything be done to rectify this?

Deals with Gold game prices taken down already?

In addition, just to make sure it wasn't an issue only through Xbox live, the prices are also incorrect on the web through Xbox.com. It only seems to be affecting the Deals with Gold on Xbox One, the Xbox 360 deal prices are correct.

 

Different price tags

Seeing similar issue. I have purchased XBOX gold live but don't see the discounted price when I try to purchase the game

Madden 2016 listed for $17.99 on Deals with GOLD.

But see $59.99 price for Madden 2016 when I click on Download from Xbox Store.

If it's this page can't be loaded change your browser to Firefox or ie or edge

If it's not available in your region match your account region to your actual region.

 

Sales have end dates and they dont get reinstated you could've sought help

 

That's remarkably annoying considering the chat support said I'd actually get help on this here rather than flat out denial. Not having time to contact support on the evening was a separate issue but I suppose that'll be greeted by an equally unhelpful response.
