Xbox one day one update successfully completed

Hello, I just bought the Xbox one Day one edition.

When I trying to update the console before launching it's says "Update successfully completed!" and restarting, then it's want me to update again.

what's the problem? how can

the control goes off during the update and does not turn on the battery at 100% or connected usb

By the update software fix do you mean the offline update
support.gtm.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool and if so did you follow every step carefully to ensure it was successfully completed? One missed step and it will not preform correctly.
