    Xbox One Day one edition Controller problems


    Ok the last couple of days my xbox one controller will disconnect from the xbox and will not reconnect i have to attach the micro usb to the xbox for it to be recognized by the xbox and will only stay recognized for about 30 minutes and then have to go through
    the whole process again

    How about get the Xbox day one edition and buy another controller? If you have friends over let them use the day one edition controller, everyone knows player 2 gets the crappy controller!!

    Sounds like a battery/charger pack issue. Have you replaced the batteries?

    Yes I have replaced the batteries and still the same issue i do not have the charging kit

    Ok. Unfortunately, there isn't much troubleshooting you can do with an Xbox One Controller.

    You may have to request a new controller through the online service center (http://myservice.xbox.com). If your Xbox is still under warranty, it might be covered.

    My controller was already updated, and I just tried to re-update it, but the problem still occurs. And I don't really want to replace my controller, because it's a Day One Edition, unless I could replace it for another Day One Edition controller. Do you

    Ok. Unfortunately, there isn't much troubleshooting you can do with an Xbox One Controller.

    You may have to request a new controller through the online service center (http://myservice.xbox.com). If your Xbox is still under warranty, it might be covered.
