    Xbox one day one controller left thumb stick fault


    hello my xbox one day one controller thumb stick has a fault, when rotating it gets clicked in and stuck while playing games. on the bottom right corner on the stick is where it happens. what do i do? how can i repair it?

    Hey guys,

    So I'm on my third controller for Xbox One. I got the Day One edition, and the left thumb stick and right thumb stick broke within about 2 weeks of playing Ryse: Son of Rome and Battlefield 4. Got a second controller, same thing happened to the left thumb stick
    and left bumper now. I am on my THIRD controller and the left thumb stick popped out of place and I can't even click it down anymore. I never had an issue with an Xbox 360 controller and so far I've burned through three Xbox One controllers. I've called support
    and they haven't helped and I'm sick and tired of spending money on something that will break within 3 weeks. Microsoft, please do something to help me. Thank you

    ok Xbox I just borrowed a Xbox one day one controller from my cousin and Everytime I use the left stick for any game it moves my character by itself without me moving it please tell me a solution ASAP

    Hi mate, I too have this problem. I have sent my controller for replacement but the problems I'm encountering are shocking to say the least. Firstly you have to pay shipping costs for the controller, secondly the time frame is a nightmare if its the only
    controller you have, and thirdly is customer support, its honestly the worst customer services I have ever dealt with.

    My case has been service in order since Feb 21, I have been told I would get my replacement in 2-4 days, 5-10 days and also up to 20 days. I've been told advocate team will contact me, I've been told its Royal Mail lost my controller as M$ don't have it,
    its truly shocking.

    My advice is make sure you get the parcel signed for and tracked, the tracking is only in the UK but at least you'll know they get it if its signed for, my post office didn't give me a tracking number, make sure you get one.

    You need to make a repair request in your account or phone xbox support, or you could chat to them and get it sorted that way and they will email you the repair address, when they receive the broken controller they will ship the replacement, hopefully you
    have a better experience than I've had, good luck mate.

    same problem too, on my Day 1 controller. Plus on 3rd mic ...and yes i troubleshoot all possible causes. I'm thinking MS didn't test their products well enough. Ugh =(

    Ok, so I finally have everything set up, except one thing- I have the thumb stick joystick adapter plugged into the left usb port of the pad. The controller functions as it should, except when I click the adaptive thumb stick, it does not function to

    I have two controllers BOTH with drift issues. The one left thumb-stick drifts upwards and the other one has a right thumb-stick drift issue that drifts upward.

    Like what the heck am I suppose to do. #SMH
