    Have tried Hard resets, Have tried launching troubleshooting menu (wont show menu), Have tried usb offline update, Have tried usb factory reset, nothing has worked, support wont respond, any news on when or how a fix will happen

    I preordered the day one edition and it didnt work on day one just a black screen shortly after the green loading screen. I sent it in for repair and i got it back with a 14 day xbox live code.

    Same problem to me. But I have got a day one edition. Played Forza 5 12 h ago. Now I try to start the Xbox One. There will be the green Xbox One Screen for about 2 minutes. After that it turns into black screen and nothing happens.
