Xbox One Day One Addition - Titanfall Bundle Price Drop

Oh wow sony has sold more consoles. Guess I should sell up and go over there like a sheep. I guess top 40 music sells better than the music I'm into as well so I better start listening to that as well. Oh and McDonalds out sells Burger King so I better switch
Maccas even though I prefer Burger King. Just because they sell more.

Xbox One with Titanfall now £369.97 in Gamestop UK

Yesterday MS announced that the UK would get a price drop in the Xbox One of £30. That was not enough for Gamestop they are now giving the Titanfall bundle away for just £369.97.

So, I was wondering, with the price drop on the Titanfall bundle in the UK do we think that we may see a bundle with a price drop by June for ESO? Dare I hope?

 

These threads are really annoying me now. You got a free console what are you complaining about, i wish i got an xbox one for my birthday haha. I just had to save up each month before release like most people.

 

Not a price drop,just a promotion.

And the first one ,was november 22nd 2013 in Europe.

Day one + Fifa 14 (or Forza 5),for € 500.

Life with Xbox is a lot more fun than a life with out. It will be sad if they only try and compete by reducing price as I think it will fail. I have a feeling that Sony could drop price much more easily which would force Xbox out. I honestly say the
X1 hardware including the awesome Kinect is a great value at 499. I think they should have transferred over all the arcade purchases though at a minimum. I cant imagine a new IPhone selling that you had to re purchase all your apps then you find there is
no apps to even purchase that you enjoyed with your old iPhone.

Off to Zune heaven as the share holders would just say enough is enough.

 

Iphone comes every year(or mostly),with small improvements.

Consoles got 6-8 years lifecycle with big improvements and no backward compatibility.

 

Tzar: Huh, there was about 10 different xbox 360 consoles that made improvements with WIFI connection, Resolution and HDMI connections, and Power usage. Each improvement was backwards comp.

 

Sorry,i was talking about games backward compatibility.

 

The thing is safleydad is that the general hardware inside all the versions of the 360 was the same. Same processor, same ram, same gpu. Adding hdmi or wifi doesn't effect the games. I'm guessing you knew this and are just stirring.

 

At least now,we can have updates which improves consoles and features over time.

 

I forgot, it added storage and USB.

 

The general hardware is the same inside all the Iphones in the past few years also. They made improvements in resolution, storage, Wifi speed and a connection change.

 

It still doesn't change the general hardware for games. I can put extra usbs and hat drive space in my pc and it does nothing as far as games go. Are you sure you understand how backwards compatibility works?

 

Oh and if it is so easy, why is sony not doing it either?Or why doent and eight year old game not work on my pc sometimes? Like tsar said. Consoles come out every eight to ten years. If an iphone came out in ten years then the hardware would change dramatically.
And most of the time older apps on the iphone go through a patching process to work on the new phone. It's a completely different thing anyway.
