XBOX ONE Day One Addition Forza Motorsport

Hello Xbox community,

I have been ask by the support live chat people to forward my issue here with the community to see if anyone else had the same issue?

Ive bought a day one addition with Forza. My understanding was that the game would be in CD format but to my horror, a code!!!

I knew i was gonna have problems going online with my Xbox and i didnt buy it to go online and play. I have the original Xbox, Xbox 360 all with Forza Motorsport games. Needless to say im a driving fan.

My area still uses cooper telephone lines, max speed i get is 1.9MB download speed and it has been like this for many years i have just come to accept this regardless of my complaints to my ISP.

My question to anyone who can answer this...

Why cant Xbox take my code off me and send me out a CD format?

The live support operative told me i should just go out and buy the game!!! Another £45

Hello, I see your problem friend. But unfortunally this trade that you are mentioning can't happen. If you recive a code you have to download the game on xbox live. The only option for getting a CD copy on Forza is buying a new one (CD media). This is the
only solution. For the case of the code, as I already said, you have to download it
