Xbox One - Day One achievement does not show up on my gamertag

Dear Xbox one support.

Almost a year ago, I pre-ordered the Xbox One Day One edition.

This comes with a Day One controller and a card containing an exclusive Day One achievement.

When the Xbox One was finally released in the Netherlands, I got my Xbox One and it indeed came with the achievement card.

I put the card in front of the Kinect and it saw the achievement. It asked me to confirm, which I did and it then said: congratulations with your Day One Achievement.

Sadly though, this achievement is nowhere to be seen. Holding the card in front of the Kinect will give me a message saying the card has already been redeemed.

Can you please unlock my Day One achievement on my gamertag?

Redeemed Xbox One reservation code, but it never downloaded/showed up.

what code is it named? if its day one or something, it will show up in your xbox one achievement, or your xbox one smartglass.

some code does not have anything to download...

and....14 day code for gold member won't work for gamertag who's already a gold member

 

Xbox 360 achievements on Xbox live Leaderboard

When I unlock an achievement using my XBOX 360 my gamer score updates but the achievement does not show up on the achievement leader board on my Windows 10 or Xbox One . Does anyone know why this happens

 

Hello Jack, I'm sorry to tell you, but this achievement is really glitchey at the moment. I myself have problems with it and so does everyone else at the moment.

But the people in charge of fixing this are aware of this issue and are working really hard to solve the problem!

Tip: if you look on the forum post I linked you, go to the second page of the post and there will be a comment of one of the support people, Misses Quinzel. You need to send her a private message with all of your information (as stated in her comment). That
way you will be put on the list of people that are also experiencing the same issue. If you have done that, all you need to do is wait on a fix...
