    Xbox One Dashboard


    Hi,

    When I am on my dashboard to my xbox one it will not let me do anything with my controller, i can use kinect commands just fine and when im in any app my controller works fine. It's not the pad as I have tried both my pads it also does not work after a hard
    reset anyone else got this problem?

    Major Nelson confirmed you can save to internal drive is latest Xbox On video (the one on the dashboard whatever its called)

    Hi there WertherZ EU have tried syncing your controller with the console? You can do this by hitting the little black button nxt to the left trigger and by hitting the sync button on the left side your console right nxt to the usb 3 port. Change the batteries?

    The first image you have posted is for the latest version of the Xbox One dashboard and the second one is the dashboard the Xbox One originally launched with. From my own point of view the newer version of the dashboard is much faster and more user friendly
    that the one used when the console first launched.
