    Xbox One Dashboard problems


    Hi,

    I turned on my Xbox today and as soon as I tried to move right on my dashboard it immediately went to the left. If I try to move right it stays left. I can move up to the sign in button but when I press A on the sign in, the box around sign in shows that
    it acknowledged I pressed A but the sign in page does not show up. Please help!

    Hey there Ferrum0,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with the consoles dashboard. Have you already tried to power cycle the console? If you still have not tried this go ahead and physically power cycle your console by following the steps on the support article
    linked below.
