Xbox One Dashboard Preview App Issues

Sorry you're having issues getting to your preview app. If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

I was accepted and the message with the link was auto deleted from my inbox. My issue is "What do I do if I no longer have the message to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app?

be sure to report any issues you find using the Feedback app on your Xbox One console. If you wish to opt out of NXOE, you may do so by unenrolling within the Preview Dashboard app, but if you encounter issues doing so then I suggest posting in the forums
linked earlier.
