    xbox one dashboard oneguide tab missing


    i observed since i set up my xbox one that on the dashboard top screen there are 3 tabs ( Home, Cummunity ,Store) i know it was a forth tab for ( oneguide) it is not appear any more ......i thought it is a problem in updating so i made a Reset to factory
    (but keep games and APP ) choice .....and it is still missing . i am wondering i have a problem with my xbox one or What happen???????

    OneGuide hub/tab is missing on my Xbox One.

    My Xbox One has been connected to a decoder (Cable TV) through HDMI and I have real TV picture during setup. The Xbox also says the decoder has been successfully installed.

    But I've only got Home, Store and Games tabs visible, OneGuide is missing. How do I "activate" OneGuide to make is visible as a tab? Do OneGuide require Live Gold memebership?

    The problem is that I have no "OneGuide" tab on top of Dashboard as you can see in the photo attached.

    MS please include an uninstaller for XB1 owners who do not want Mixer.

    Yes I agree with you 100%. And now they have included it as a tab on the dashboard! And worst of all its in front of the community tab! At least if they won't remove the mixer tab but it behind the oneguide tab. It is clunky to put it in front of the community
    tab, especially to someone like me who doesn't care for livestreaming.

    Sorry to hear that didn't help. For this issue I would recommend reporting the missing channels through the Xbox One dashboard so that the proper teams can see. To do so, follow the steps I provided above, but select 'Report a OneGuide problem' and select
    'Missing channel' at the OneGuide troubleshooting screen. Sorry for any frustration this may have caused, but reporting is the best step to get those channels to you! Please feel free to post back if you need anything else! :)

    Sorry to hear about the missing channels. For this issue we recommend reporting this through the Xbox One dashboard so that the proper folks can see this. To report missing channels, follow the steps below:

    • Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.
    • Select 'Troubleshooting'.
    • From here, select 'Report a OneGuide problem' and report all issues that apply using the drop down menu.
    Sorry for any frustration that may have been caused, but reporting those missing channels will get this information directly to the proper folks! :)
