Xbox One dashboard issues

Hey there,

Got some annoying issue on Hungarian dashboard, and I think these are unacceptable on this "next generation".

These bugs or issues are the following:

Party chat: not working, there is no circle near my gamertag, cant do anything, unplug, plug doesnt working. Only restart. Turn off xbox, turn on, just to be able to party chat with my friends. I have to do this once, twice every day.

Friends: "Sorry we are unable to show your friendlist" I get this message every day, next generation console cannot be able to show my friendlist, only reloading helps, sometimes even 2nd or 3rd try I get similar result.

Also system thinks and showing who is coming online, "XY is online" disappear, its like forgot to announce that. Sometimes works, sometimes not. I didnt edit anything at settings. Showing friends / favourites are enabled, all my friends are favourites.

Achievements: I want to check my achievements and I get error message, cant read that. 2-3 reloading needed to be able to see my achievements and sometimes loading time sooooo long, even worse than x360.

At the "Friends" section there are popular with friends, I dont see anything there. Got 100++ friends.

Checking my friendlist, those users, who are playing 360 games only showing they are playing with "??? (Xbox 360)"

I hope I was enough clear to state my problems with dashboard. If there are mistakes in my post, please ignore it, english is not my native language.

Xbox One Dashboard Slow & Laggy

I went on vacation for 10 days and remember the Xbox One dashboard being fast and responsive with no issues prior to leaving. After returning, I've noticed the dashboard is slower and laggy, to the point where it's annoying. I've done a hard reset and also gave it a few days before typing this, still the same. Was there an update or something? Anyone else experiencing issues?

I'm not in the preview program and on an Xbox One X.

I have power cycled my xbox twice and it fixes it but after awhile it returns to its corrupted state i will try a console reset.

I have time to bump this topic.

Go to settings>system>console info>reset console>reset and keep my games and apps.

This won't delete any of your games, just make sure you select the correct option last.

This has fix several dashboard issues for me. You will have to re download your account back onto your Xbox.

Should only take about 5-10 minutes.

Hey there WrongShinigami!

Sorry to hear about the issue. I see that you have tried a hard reset, but have you tried doing a full power cycle? Follow the steps below:

Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Plug the power back in and power on.

If the error persists after trying the steps above, post back and let us know so we can help you get this issue sorted!
