    On December 14th there was an update for my Xbox one x. It succeeded without any issues with regards to that.

    However for one of my accounts the dashboard will not load my friends list at all. I'm having to sift through messages to see if friends are online or use the Xbox app on my cell phone. This affects one account and I've gone through great lengths to try
    and rectify this. My friends list shows up through games such as overwatch and call of duty without issue but the dashboard ui says i have no friends. When i go into messages and select a friend and view profile it says they are my friends. Also when someone
    adds me the notification shows but when i go into notifications to view the follows it says there is no notifications.

    I've tweeted twice about it to Xbox support and they had said both times that this is a known issue for a small number of users and I held my breathe and was excited for the console update today on Xbox but to no avail for a solution.

    I've done everything under the sun including hard resets, factory resets, removal and adding of my account and still no friends. There may be a dashboard bug that is affecting me for my account or something server related.

    It has been 2 months as of tomorrow with no friends list in the ui. i've tried probably a dozen or so various solutions. its strictly related to my one account.

    It does not pop up a notification for when a friend comes online and often i have to go into view profile to see an updated information about what they are playing etc. however of course party/game invites show up with no problems at all.

    I have same issue everyday I turn on my xbox, i just go get a cup coffee and poof allmy friends are there.
