Xbox one dashboard issue!!

For a while now my Xbox one has been having issues involving the dashboard. If I have it just sitting there it will constantly refresh or say connect to Xbox live on the right hand side where you usually see the gold games, however when I go to sign in it
refreshes again and goes back to normal.

When I am in a game or app and I have paused it or not using the app for a few minutes it will send me back to the dashboard and either will act as if I'm not online or as if I've just pressed the home button when I haven't. It also asks if I own this game
or app if I have left it for a bit, this has only just started recently and I don't understand why.

If anyone is having similar issues or has had it in the past and knows how to fix it then please let me know.

Xbox One Dashboard Slow & Laggy

I went on vacation for 10 days and remember the Xbox One dashboard being fast and responsive with no issues prior to leaving. After returning, I've noticed the dashboard is slower and laggy, to the point where it's annoying. I've done a hard reset and also gave it a few days before typing this, still the same. Was there an update or something? Anyone else experiencing issues?

I'm not in the preview program and on an Xbox One X.

Try hard resetting your Xbox

I have power cycled my xbox twice and it fixes it but after awhile it returns to its corrupted state i will try a console reset.

I have time to bump this topic.

Go to settings>system>console info>reset console>reset and keep my games and apps.

This won't delete any of your games, just make sure you select the correct option last.

This has fix several dashboard issues for me. You will have to re download your account back onto your Xbox.

Should only take about 5-10 minutes.

Sorry to hear about the issue. I see that you have tried a hard reset, but have you tried doing a full power cycle? Follow the steps below:

Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Plug the power back in and power on.
