    Xbox One Dashboard is Empty and Can't Connect to Xbox Live


    I was working with support trying to fix the dashboard problem by doing a factory reset but didn't work. They mentioned we are part of the Preview Program and believe our software has the wrong updates and forwarded me here for help. Support reference

    To keep the saved data you must use the profile with which you played
    yes, but with that one i can't connect to xbox live, because there is another empty profile in its place.....So i can play in xbox live with an empty profile,,,,which mean playing ALL the games prom the beginning OR play my saved games OFFLINE...So this is

    Update won't allow me to connect.

    I got the update, but I can't connect to Xbox Live either. Xbox Dashboard is now Xbox Home....

    When i look at Xbox one dashboard,i don't see any needs to have a theme.

    Also,the way Xbox one dashboard is set,there isn't much empty space.Maybe for a stamp but not a theme.

    Microsoft has short term memory

    I agree. Just turning on the PS3, it feels cold and empty where as the 360's dashboard feels connected and living. This would have only added to that.
