Xbox one dashboard freezing problem

It's seems everytime I play assassins creed unity, when I press the home button on the controller the home screen freezes. It's there a soulition to this problem? Help pls

Is someone having freezing problem since the catagory beta in the dashboard was release?

Something bad with the game or the OS

 

me too.. I have reset several times using the support information , and problem continuous.At this point I am seriously thinking of changing game console brand.

Sosuffice to say, that's totally not normal and isn't how your Xbox should be functioning.


Is that the only game that's doing that to you?

I would recommend following the steps here
“My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay”
on and seeing that helps clear up the problem.






If that doesn't work though, try to do this thing we call a soft reset.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts and have easy access to your internet network so everything goes smoothly.

already tried soft reset and factory reset. This is with all games. it is not even loading correctly the xbox dashboard. definitely changing console brand for one with better quality that Company does not try to charge you when requesting a product warranty.
the model I have is the xbox one s model 1681. So sad MS. you deliver these bad quality products.
