XBOX ONE DASHBOARD CRASH DESTINY WONT WORK

I have tried for over 3 hours last night and can't get it working today, it was working when I first played it. Whenever I play Multiplayer the system would freeze and I would have to hold the power button to turn the xbox off. The solution by GodTheSniper
doesn't work and oddly enough I played a game of titanfall tried destiny again and it worked but only for a short while. I don't know whats going on but the issue started happening with titanfall although it was once, I have had similar experiences with dead
rising 3 so I don't know what the issue is or the solution I made a video of my problem at one point I did get past the loading screen to the character selection area and chose my character at which point the game returned to dashboard. I uploaded a video

They screwed up with the new update.

yip my system is broken ever sinse the new update and dashboard over 20 power cycles now as my Xbox locks up freezes and crashes games crash the usb TV wont work properly and crashes you tube and apps glitch the list goes on and
on never in my Xbox life have I had to physically power cycle my Xbox multiple times a day grrrrrr They have broken my Xbox starting to regret my pre order of the Xbox one x Is it to late to cancel

 

Xbox Live Down for the Count

Mines being a ***, dashboard wont load, destiny refuses to play. Its probably my hard drive.

 

I left my xbox one on for a good hour and miraculously the game started working so how is it by doing nothing but leaving the console on that the game mysteriously starts working?

 

Bump, I still am getting this issue everyday yesterday it took me 4 hours just to start the game.. It started happening to titanfall not as often as Destiny, it seems to happen around the same time and almost as a cruel joke the game started working ( Destiny)
got to the character selection screen and when I was about to choose I had just picked up my controller and it happened again, I ended up playing for a couple hours yesterday but I spent more time trying than playing.. Done all I can even reinstalling 3 Times
now. This is too frustrating

 

Please try doing a system cache reset. This can be done by holding the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

 

I have tried and it still does exits to the dashboard I have tried restoring factory defaults with no luck

 

If even a factory reset is not fixing your issue you should phone the support team. Maybe your One needs to be serviced.

I''ve barely used it since buying it so I don't know why it would need a service unless could there something faulty with the Xbox? I'll call support tomorrow morning thanks

Well I answered all I could answer you and of course is possible that you've managed to buy a faulty one unfortunately. The parts used in the one are coming from third party manufacturers and of course it's possible to get faulty and misfunctional parts.
It's likewise with pcs.

No I haven't because I would have to wait an estimated 14 days, it could take longer for all I know and that's not including how long it will take to get there and back through the post. Then I would have no internet or xbox live to play what little I can...
I tried to get a replacement because under Australian consumer law this would constitute a major problem and I should get a replacement or a refund. But the store I bought it from are trying not to only offer a repair. If this is a problem with the xbox one
that existed when I bought it I should not have to be inconvenienced in such a way it is unfair that I bought an xbox one, all I wanted to do was play games because it's what I enjoy and it's been turned into a gut wrenching horrible experience where I am
left for hours trying to play the game and when it does work I usually have to go to sleep which really sucks.I just want what I should have gotten which was a working xbox like everyone else what I paid $600 for instead of this nightmare of a situation where
I have to face a store that doesn't want to exchange a faulty product or be forced to wait till I have no xbox live or internet to play the game destiny which requires internet. And while I can get a new internet plan or buy more xbox live, do I want to after
this experience. I don't know I always liked xbox more but this situation has brought so much frustration and all I want is a working xbox like everyone else

 

Sorry for venting, calling is my last resort, I am trying to exhaust all other avenues before having to send it in for repair because my internet plan will be due to run out by the time I get it back and only having one month's worth of xbox live.

 

Well. Usually you get a free month of gold subscription as refund when sending in your console.

But if you own a credit card, you can also request an advanced service. This means you will get an exchange console, but they will park an amount of money from your credit card as security, which will be released as soon as your faulty console arrives at
the service and your done.

Of course this services can only be done with the Microsoft support directly and not with your reseller or store.
