Xbox one dashboard color issues (Ghost color)

Discus and support Xbox one dashboard color issues (Ghost color) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I changed the dashboard color and so did my wife on her login she used pink and now even after resetting the Xbox One and not adding her to the game...     Xbox one dashboard color issues (Ghost color)


    So I changed the dashboard color and so did my wife on her login she used pink and now even after resetting the Xbox One and not adding her to the game system there is a solid pink screen that shows up randomly while loading some apps or powering on or off......Has
    anyone else seen this and if so is there a way to fix it.

    I might have a guess in this. But firstly. Have you tired her profile on another XBOX ONE in the household or have a friend with one to try to see it your console?

    Reason I say to try useing another XB1. If this is a glitch in the OS. So XBOX dashboard development team can take this info. And make a patch.

    Having a problem today with my dashboard where I can't see any tile pics or gamer pictures and can't change background or tile colours, just get a message saying can't display any colours at the moment, any ideas??

    I would be reluctant to use it on another xbox one because if it's some sort of virus it could spread to the other xbox one.
