XBOX One Dashboard Auto-Scrolling to Right

Yes Leepiz, you nailed it. Exact same thing happened to me last night and this morning it was scrolling wildly until I read this. If you are having trouble pulling the RB back out, just press down on RT and you can reach in and wiggle the RB free. THANK

Yeah same for me, my controller was fine all day until my wifi disconnected, then when i got it up and running, my controller started doing this, this is second time this has happened to me, and i still don't know how to fix it. Hopefully there is a way
Xbox can fix this.

 

Wow, I think I may be even dumber than everyone else here, but if I can help one person not get this far, I'll feel better about myself... Turns out I had my second controller plugged in and charging and it fell behind the TV. Every time the Xbox powered
on, it powered on the controller and one of the buttons was being pressed behind the TV. DOH!!! Now I've unplugged it and, of course, everything worked perfect...

Dude you are a **** life saver!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was close to going crazy like this **** was happening on my day one xbox and it was happening to my new white one till i saw this. Miracle worker my man ! ����� All 3 of my controllers all had
either the RB or LB pushed down

 

I had the same issue and discovered that the button on the right front of the controller was stuck in. I tapped the front controller against my hand a few times to force the button out. The issue was fixed.

 

I had this same problem and it turned out that the right bumper was jammed and it was causing the constant scrolling. I got it unjammed and it works fine now.

 

I had the exact same thing happen. For some reason it didn't occur to me that the button could be jammed. But it was. Check the button first.

 

I had the same problem with two controllers. I hadnt dropped anything but after seeing this message and inspecing my controller, found tge RB was stuck down somehow. Popped it out and all is well! Thanks!

 

Hi Ive Had This Problem As Well And I Have Tried The Three Solutions And None Of Them Have Worked And My RB is definitly not pushed down please to you have any other fixes

 

Wowww dude, I had this exact problem and guess what... RB stuck down.

 

No solution given so far has worked at all and I’m starting to worry. It does not happen when the controller is unplugged, it started happening just yesterday, and no buttons are stuck with no issues found on the controller.
