XBOX One Dark souls 3 deluxe edition bonus game code not received (dark souls 1)

I recently purchased dark souls 3 deluxe edition pre-order through Xbox one store on my console. Purchase date was Febuary 18th 2016. Microsoft stated that a bonus game code will be sent 7-10 days after purchase of the pre-order. This code is for the first
dark souls that was available on Xbox 360 called "Dark souls" I still have not received the code which is a surprise to me as i pre-ordered fallout 4 and received the code for a backwards compatible version of fallout 3
before the stated 7-10 days. considering the speedy arrival of my fallout code i would have assumed that the dark souls code would be here by now. I have also noticed dark souls 1 is not yet backwards compatible
on xbox one. assuming the game must be BC to play on xbox one i have done some research. talking to xbox support team over the phone they stated it is not yet backwards compatible on xbox one. some online sources say that these codes are an exception to the
backwards compatibility, which im not sure is true or not. i would hope one of Xbox support staff would be able to resolve this matter as i have been wanting to play the original dark souls before the release of DS3, which im sure most people were looking
forward to.

No Dark Souls 1 Code after pre-order

I purchased Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition from the xbox store for my xbox one february 18, 2016 and

still have not received my code for Dark Souls 1 for xbox one.It has been 17 days......help???
