Xbox One damaged from repair center

So I just received my console from Xbox repair center, and now it has about 4 times the amount of scratches, even multiple areas with hard forced scratches, some, even with deep scratches that have taken the plastic off. Also, I'm missing a rubber leg/stand
on the bottom side.

I even had to pay for the box and shipping, which Microsoft refuses to pay and will not be refunding the cost.

Did you by chance take a picture of your console before sending it to prove the difference in damages? if you did I would email Microsoft with a before and after pictures and demand a new console. If you didn't then
I would do what Owen said and just keep nagging them on the phone.

There is a very good chance its not your console you got back,did you note the serial number?

The way they do it on the 360,as far as i know,is when they get yours they send you one thats already fixed.

Then yours gets fixed, and given to the next guy.

Insane 1, you might want to try tweeting Xbox support's twitter page with this. It's a public page where it will be in the public eye. They tend to respond to issues very quickly when it's this sort of nature. Start there, and if that gets you nowhere, get
back to us here on the forums.

OP we feel for you. But when dealing with companies over issues like this, it's often a loosing battle. Unless, you're in the EU.

I would get onto phone support and just keep nagging at them, you may not get your console condition repaired, but they may offer you some other form of compensation.
