xbox one damaged disc

Discus and support xbox one damaged disc in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a problem with 2 of my xbox one games. I have over 40 games but it's just with 2 games.     I have a problem with 2 of my xbox one games. I have over 40 games but it's just with 2 games. My xbox doesn't leave scratches but does something else .... I can't describe it ,the green color is from my phone but its about the 2 spots. Does somebody now
    what it is ?

    Disc not being read

    The problem is that you are trying to play several games that are 360 disc based on your xbox one and that are not part of the backward compatibility list. For example RE 4 has a new version for xbox one and you can't use the xbox 360 disc to play it (it
    will not read the disc at all)

    As for the rest of your disc based games (that are part of the bc list) check if they are scratched or damaged in the surface. There is no reason for a new console's disc driver to have problems in reading discs other than those caused by the damaged or
    unknown disc games

    I'm assuming it is but, the disc is for xbox one right? It's not an xbox 360 version of ghosts? You shouldn't have any trouble playing used xbox one games on your xbox one. Is the disc damaged or dirty?

    To HELP prevent these sorts of damages to discs you can avoid moving your Xbox 360 when there is a game disc in it for one, especially road-trips. However, your Xbox 360 itself may have a defective and/or malfunctioning CD drive that is damaging discs. If
    this were so, you certainly shouldn't accidentally damage all of your games if this happens more than once until the CD-tray is repaired or replaced.
