    Xbox one Cyberpunk 2077 Refund DENIED and no way to contact support


    I have a first gen xbox one and Cyberpunk 2077 was running poorly. It was announced that people who wanted were eligible for a refund. I submitted a request for a refund, it was DENIED and there is no way to contact support.

    If you got an email denying the refund, reply to it, and explain why you want the refund. Microsoft should then give you one.

    Same issue. Someone from the Microsoft Support for Xbox denied me yesterday. Today, @XboxSupport tweets out that refunds have been issued to a "vast majority", but all I'm seeing in these threads are people who were denied for whatever reason.

    Now because of being having the Request Denied on the Order History for Cyberpunk 2077, I cannot file another request for refund.

    How are we going to get this resolved when @XboxSupport says one thing, but the people handling the refunds are denying the requests?

    We were ALL cyberpunked.
