    Xbox One Customer Support Messed Up, Who can I contact?


    Customer support offered me Advanced Exchange for my console and 25 days later said I didn't qualify. I've exhausted my patience with them (and the dozen reps I've been in contact with) and would like to contact a manager. The Customer Advocacy Specialist
    on my case won't give me the contact info. Nobody will. I'm being stonewalled.

    Who can I contact?

    Customer Support is pathetic.

    I've been hung up on twice!

    Microsoft doesn't care that they messed up Halo Wars 2!

    Customer support refused to connect me to management!

    15 years as a loyal Xbox customer appreciation by screwing me out of $90!

    I did not receive the flamming T-shirt in Pinball FX2 after 5.000 wizard score : (

    I did everything that he said to do. I went over this all with xbox customer support. They had me do a bunch of unnecessary stuff. It is the clothing that is messed up and not my xbox.
