Xbox One customer service and repair sucks

I just thought I would share my recent experience with you guys. I bought the xbox one console 2 years ago when It came out and i have already had to pay out of pocket to repair the power brick and now my Xbox's fan constantly louder than whatever I'm doing
on my xbox. I called customer support and was told I had to pay 115 dollars to get my xbox repaired. Considering I paid around 550 dollars for this system as I bought it within the first couple weeks that it came out. I think that it is ridiculous that Microsoft
thinks that since its out of warranty that I should have to pay for it. Personally I believe that if a device is 2 years old that It should not start to fail. I have a lot of respect for Microsoft and xbox in general but I feel like now there not taking care
of there customers. I've had gold since call of duty 4 and been playing xbox since then. Yes i may be ranting lol but its just how i feel just wanted to see if anyone else wanted to comment on there issues with there consoles.

xbox support sucks!!! only stupid mofos working there. so much problems over the years...maybe i should switch to sony i dont know but such a support is unbelievibel

Sorry that you have experienced that kind of service and also my bad for not responding sooner. I have been a bit tied up here! To get back to your question, no its not normal but it will not harm hour system. If you want to you can return the console to
the retailer and get it replaced. You can also go here for
service on your Xbox console.
