    Xbox One Custom profile picture- No option


    Ive heard and seen that you can finally upload a custom profile picture.

    Now the problem is: Where?

    On my Xbox One is no option to upload as in Videos or articles.

    And i have no Windows 10 pc, only windows 8 & 7. And you cant change it in windows 8, because it exist no Xbox app for it.

    You mean Gamerpics right? It's

    > My profile
    > Customize profile

    As for backgrounds, they're not on the Xbox Store. You can upload your own picture via USB, or set an achievement art as one.

    Cant upload custom profile picture?

    Hi,

    Only adult accounts are allowed to upload a custom profile picture on Xbox App. If your profile is a child account, have the parent account holder check the online privacy and safety settings online by clicking this

    link    .

    Your other option is to create a new profile with adult details so you can upload a custom profile picture on Xbox app.

    At the moment this feature is being tested by the Insider community and it has not yet been made available everyone. The only way I know of that anyone outside of the Insider community is for people to use the Xbox(beta) app available to everyone in the
    Windows 10 store.

    Hello! This is temporary and you will get your custom profile picture back once this option is granted again. They disabled custom profile pictures because of the immense amount of traffic that is now on Xbox.

    I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even
