Xbox One crossplay with Xbox 360 - Playing MWF2 & 3

Hello all,

I've been looking for information across the internet regarding a situation I'm experiencing that I've been unlucky in finding anything about. Anything official that is, I have 2 short quip of responses with no validation or reference and it may in fact
be a different scenario than what I'm experiencing.

Here is the problem:

Playing MWF2 and MWF3 Co-OP Special Ops

1 Platform is the Xbox One

1 Platform is the Xbox 360

We can connect, talk, play everything together, but with 1 problem:

We frequently get out sync where we are still playing "together" but we are seeing different enemies and even seeing ourselves at different points on the map. Like a semi connected alternate dimension (think Star Trek).

Some odd balls within: we've been able on occasion to re-sync but only if we can get to the same place on the map.

It also seems that switching weapons has something to do with this

We will each go down (bleeding out) in the others session but not our own.

If we are out of sync and we do in fact go down, we won't be down in the others sessions: BUT if the other sessions goes to the point in the map where we are on our session (they won't see us there), they can go there and press X and see nothing on their
screen, but on my screen I'll be revived...

I can't find anything about it online and I'd like some information on whats going on.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues in game staying synced. Unfortunately, since this is an in game issue. We recommend reaching out to Activision. They are in charge of the servers running the game.

Do you mean crossplay as one person on Xbox 360 and one on XBOX one - Don't expect any cross-platform play between Xbox 360 and Xbox
One. ... Your Xbox Live account on 360 will carry over to Xbox One.
That same account will work on both platforms.

If you mean xbox 360 games compatible to play on xbox one then there is a whole list of games that are compatible

as Theory of Game said, you cant crossplay between platforms, but backwards compatibility will give you the ability to play xbox 360 games on your xbox one, the different platforms use different servers and they both have other features that the older games
might not have, there are some games that uses crossplay I think, but not that I think of. so short answer, can I play xbox one games with 360 players ? no you cant, can I play 360 games on my xbox one with 360 players ? yes you can. hope we were able to help

World of Tanks will also allow you to play crossplay between Xbox 360 & Xbox One players. It's probably the only game that is not backward compatible that allows play between both consoles.

I love crossplay, i have a lot of friends on pc and i normally just play xbox so I can play with my xbox and pc friends in one with crossplay
