Guten Tag,

seit Tagen kämpfe ich mit der Xbox One S das mein Sohn Fortnite über Cross Play mit seinen Freunden Spielen kann, leider bist heute erfolglos.

Daten und Fakten.

Account 1: [Mod removed - Personal Information] das ist mein Account und ist mit Epic Game verbunden

Account 2: [Mod removed - Personal Information] das ist ein Kinder Account von meinen Sohn und ist mit Epic Game verbunden

Wenn ich mich mit meinen Erwachsenen Account an der Xbox Anmelde und Fortnite Spiele dann kann ich mich im Spiel selber über Cross Play verbinden und mit meinen Freunden Spielen.

Wenn sich mein Sohn mit seinen Account 2 an der Xbox Anmeldet und Fortnite startet kann er im Spiel nicht auf Cross Play zugreifen / benutzen. Sein Account ist aber mit Epic Games richtig verbunden.

Ich habe echt keine Idee mehr was ich noch alles machen kann damit mein Sohn endlich zufrieden und glücklich ist.

Ich möchte aber auch nicht sein Account löschen weil dann wäre ja wahrscheinlich sein investiertes Geld auch umsonst gewesen.

Kann mir vielleicht jemand bei meinen Problem weiterhelfen, ich komme absolut nicht mehr weiter. Ich vermutte schon sehr stark das es an dem Kinderkonto liegt das er deswegen nicht mit seinen Freunden zocken kann.

Normal alleine kann er spielen aber nicht Plattformübergreifend!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Gaming on a computer or PC has different advantages than a gaming console and all child accounts have been set up with maximum security to protect our younger customers while they game online.



All Microsoft accounts that are adult accounts should be eligible for cross play. The only accounts that have restrictions are the Microsoft child accounts. This is not a bug, Microsoft intentionally set up this barrier for many reasons and plan
on releasing a solution to change that option soon.

We do not have an estimated time frame on this issue at the moment.
As soon as we find out more information; we will update everyone on the forums about this issue.Keep an eye out for our response as we are diligently working on allowing parent accounts to manage cross platform
play in the parental settings.
