Xbox One Credits in game not receive

Hello,

I just bought coins in NBA2k19 and I did not receive the credits.

The money was deducted from my bank account but I did not get what I bought.

Does any know how to fix this or who should I contact related to this?

Fully close the game, then do a hard restart of your xbox. Holding the power button on your system till it turns off fully. Give it maybe 30 seconds then start it all back up and check.
