Xbox one crashing to home screen only on bf5.

I have contacted EA because evrytime i tried to play multiplayer is said error code 1 unknown error and wouldnt connect. That problem is fixed but now the game randomly pauses and sends me back to home screen every 30 mins or so. Been like this for a few
days. After it send me to home screen the game starts over. Losing progress and really getting annoyed. Any ideas? Console software issue maybe? Game issue? Who do i need to contact?. Also I have redownloaded the game multiple times.

It is an internal problem of the game itself, it has nothing to do with your Xone system. Unfortunately EA made the bf5 very poorly optimized.

{Parity}

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Have you tried reinstalling the game and doing the power reset function on the xbox? Normally helps if the game is crashing on the black screen or going straight back too the home screen.

Also hard reboot the console. Go to settings, power & startup, turn off or restart, Full Shutdown. Wait for your Xbox to completely shut down, then unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then plug it in and start it back up. That can often clear some
problems.
