Xbox One Crashing To Dashboard

Hi people my Xbox One has just started randomly crashing to dashboard when I'm playing games,I have tried so many Fixes in the last two days and still the problem persists does anyone know a permanent fix for this ?

Cod aw crash

Anyone else had the problem of cod aw crashing and then it restarts the xbox one and returns to dashboard

 

(Error Code 0x8027025a) Today I turned my Xbox on only for it to crash on the dashboard continuously

My xbox one can't load the dashboard and it isn't the wifi or anything else the xbox just can't load it without crashing it's really annoying

 

Same thing was happening with me last night, I'm in the preview program so I'm putting it down to that.

Either that or its something up with Xbox Live.

 

Realy it's so frustrating it's just happened again on Call Of Duty and GTA but doesn't do it on Fifa which is the game I play the most realy odd think I may have to send it off to Microsoft

 

Have you tried hard resetting the Xbox?

 

Yes mate I've tried everything reset it to factory aswell but still have the problem,I even got game to swap the Cod for a brand new one under disc protection lol but it was obviously the Xbox itself as GTA is a downloaded game and it's doing it on that

OK thx for this info buddy problem is I don't have access to a laptop or desktop at the moment,gonna have to get hold of support and see what they suggest I think !

 

Gonna try this Offline update in a bit,rang Microsoft up for what they thought and they said it's all to do with my internet and tried talking me through putting my Xbox Address behind DMZ in my router lol,Craziest thing I've heard !

 

Just done the Offline update via the USB as documented above and still the same thing game just quits to homescreen,Looks like the Xbox is gonna have to be sent away for fixing!

 

Have you tried deleting the games and reinstalling them ?

 

Yes mate tried that 3 or 4 times now it's just not having it
