Xbox One crashing? Games crashing? HELP?!

I have posted before about CoD freezing up my console, but for awhile it was fixed; however, the problem is back and it's worse. Most games that I play will crash and then the system will crash, and it seems like every time I turn my console on I'm gonna
end up having to force shut-down. In CoD, the announcer voice will disappear and after the match ends, the game crashes; in Watch_Dogs, my game might randomly crash when updating game progress; in Titanfall, the game crashes after attempting to exit a multiplayer
lobby; and my console crashes almost immediately after ANY of these and my other games crash. I am currently trying to delete my GT from the console and reinstating it to see if it would work (I have heard from somewhere else that it worked for a guy with
a similar problem), any advice from other users?

Yeah, that's confirmation the system stays the same as now, you get two licenses with each digital copy, one for your home console, one for your Xbox Live profile.

We'd love to help you get this fixed.

Please try the following steps to see if these resolve the issue:

Delete the game from your console

Turn off your Xbox One by holding the power button for 5 seconds

Leave your console off for 30 seconds

Turn on your console

Install the game again

Please let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.

Sorry for the late response! Unfortunately, nothing that was suggested seemed to work. I even went on to use some other techniques posted but none of them worked either.

Does the game crash?
Does the console power off unexpectedly?
If the game is crashing, have you tried re-installing the game?
