Xbox One crashing from games

Hey everyone! I recently purchased a used Xbone. It seemed perfect until I tried to play COD: Infinite Warfare and it would freeze in the multiplayer menu every time (by freeze I actually mean freeze then crash and restart after making a horrible sound with
a black screen. I thought it was just this game, but it was actually most of the games I tried to play. I have tried power cycling, flushing ram, and even a full reset to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with this problem?

about game refund

hi. yesterday I purchased xcom2 collection from xbox homepage. When I play the game it has too much lack and game crashing. I try to re download and install the game, but it still has a problem. Can it refund?

PS: My xbox type is one s and it purchased one week ago. If cannot refund, how to solve this lack and crashing problem. Also, can I get Korean language support?

MY XBONE JUST DIED!!!!!!!

It's not just BF4, DR3 as well is crashing on me. Google Xbox One games crashing. There are also several threads in the XO support forum discussing it.

I suggest returning this console to the seller for a refund, as they've likely sold you a defective console.

If this is not possible,
check the warranty status to see if it's still eligible for a repair.

How speedy are they at getting them fixed and returning them? I go back to college on the 11th and would love to have it by then.

Now it says KMODE Exception not handled. I think it is a problem with the app. When I launch them from the windows store they crash as well. All my games load fine besides the ones I download from the Xbox beta app. Any game I download from the Xbox or
Xbox Game Pass crashes when loading. Any free game I download from the Microsoft Store runs fine.

The issue with the game crashing the Xbox One X is from the developers side, they are working on getting the issue fixed as soon as possible.

Twitch works on my 360 and PC.

I've also found 3 channels that don't crash on the xbox one

All of these channels are ad free when watching from the PC.

When other channels crash on the xbox one, the timing of the crash seems to be about the same as timing that the ad would kick in on the PC. I suspect the crashes are related to the ads coming from Twitch's Canadian servers.
