Xbox one crashing and reboot on Overwatch game

Console is a couple of years old. Have never had any problems with it.

Have got to level 10 on overwatch and now have a problem each time I start a match it will then reset back to the desktop and then the console resets itself.

Strange thing is all other games work fine.

Tried reinstalling the game. Then deleted profile and replaced. Then deleted local save and used cloud save, still same issue.

Installed the same game on another newer console and it works fine under my profile and cloud save.

could it be an issue of older hardware incompatible with the game or?

Xbox keeps crashing when playing Fortnite

Hi,

My XBox OneS keeps crashing when playing Fortnite. Also crashing when I play Sims4 and Overwatch, but not as often.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

 

Microsoft Edge Crashing

Anyone else having issues with Microsoft edge crashing since the update on Xbox one?

I went into the chat with an ambassador who told me to hard reboot my Xbox one which I did, but it didn't help.

Anyone got an ideas?

Sorry you're having issues while playing Overwatch. Try doing a hard reset on your console. To do this with the console powered on, hold the power button down for about 8 seconds until it shuts off. After it's off, turn it back on and see if your game will
play. Past that if you've already reinstalled the game, deleted local saves, deleted your profile, and restored them all with the same issue, I'd next suggest a factory reset. Follow
these steps to reset your console, and in this case I would choose the option to delete all settings. As it's only one game that's having the issue, I would guess that it's not an Xbox hardware issue. Provided you use your Xbox online your saves and settings
should be saved in the cloud, you will however need to reinstall all your games and apps.
