    Xbox one crashes/restarts while playing games


    as the title says, the console crashes and restarts while trying to play a game.

    xbox one was bought on the 14th Dec 2015.

    Freeze in forza horizon X1

    Hello, my problem is when i play forza horizon the game freeze et my xbox one crash and restart while the first mission. Can you help me please? Thanks

    Constant Game Freezing

    Started playing at 1pm, first crash at 3ish. 50+ CRASHES later, and only around an hour of in game time in 2 hours! So annoying! Have to turn my xbox off and restart all the time!

    Nba2k20 still crashing?

    Same issue.

    Xbox one X crashes only on NBA2K20 (Game pass). Can play other games hours and hours but NBA2K20 crashes randomly, or if I try to play NBA2K20 street mode it immediately crashes (every time).

    Once restarted an error code stating overheating is presented on the screen, however, the Xbox is not hot. This also happens after an overnight with the Xbox unplugged, and in the morning trying to get into the street mode: it crashes immediately with the
    same error code (no way the Xbox could get heated that fast to crash the machine 2-3 minutes after the first, morning restart).

    Xbox freezes

    I was previously unable to load the game at all ! xbox kept saying unrecognisable disc. I exchanged this brand new disc for another one and managed to load up to the menu after installing the update however it froze so i had to restart the xbox. Following
    several restarts i managed to play one online match then it crashed after the game. 4 restarts later, i managed to play about 10 matches and it crashes again.... this seems to be a common problem.

    If it's happening while playing Battlefield 4, you're not the only one. It's not your Xbox, it's Battlefield's servers crashing the game completely.

    A few of us have this same problem with this Seagate 1 TB expansion card. I watched your videos and it’s the same problem that I have. I think either Seagate or Microsoft needs to have a firmware update done to correct the issue.
