Xbox one crashes and shuts off alot while online

while playing on my xbox one, mainly watching videos on internet explorer, my system will crash make a large jamming noise through the speakers and then shut off. most of the time after that the system will turn on but nothing will work , as in apps wont
open even when the enlarge to fill the screen, i reset it and all but as soon as i open the app and watch videos again the system crashes, cant tell if its the app or the system. any help? im pasted the warranty date and this has happen before when i was on
the warranty but it didnt happen as frequently as it does now.

Netflix keep shutting off my Xbox 1

My netflix app crashes alot where i have to hard reset, but it doesnt shut off my xbox.

freezing and crashing

My xbox one either freezes or just shuts off. im getting no error messages and ive tried to troubleshoot using various tips from this site and other xbox one owners but nothing works. It freezes and crashes while playing games or watching movies.

Does it only happen with 1 particular app ? if so uninstall it and download it again.

Also you might want to try putting your console in powersaving mode as it might have to do with your cache filling up.

So go to settings -> Power & Startup -> and put instant on to powersaving

I have same problem on a Xbox one S.

In the Nucleus game Crashing and shutting off the console. 😭

Ive held down power and hard rebooted the xbox one before and i am still seeing the crashes. It crashes when i go to turn off the system. Ill hold down the center button on the controller and select turn off xbox and it reboots when trying to shut down.

this has happened to me and alot of other people, if you shut your xbox off by pressing the button on the consol in a game or while in a lobby, or lose internet connection, or annnyyyythhhinnggg along those lines, you will get reset. i just got this game
5 days ago(i know, i know, im a little late), and i was level 38, and i was leaving my house and shut my xbox off, went back online like 4 hours later, played a game, looked at my level, and it said 1. i was pissed lol but i dont care enough to complain

So your issue is with the hour of inactivity? You can change that from 1 hours too 6 hours or n/a if that's the cause you believe then head over too settings - Power & start up - Power mode & start up - Turn off after - 1 / 6 / N/A Hours
